Building a Dignified and Self-reliant Society with Equal Opportunities.

At VMHR, we believe in involving the community in all aspects of our work, including the sectors of agriculture, education, health, and environment. By involving the community in all aspects of our work, we ensure that our programs are responsive to local needs and priorities, and that they have the greatest possible impact. This approach helps to build strong, sustainable communities and empowers local people to take an active role in shaping their own future. Here’s how we involve the community in each of these areas:

Agriculture:

In the agriculture sector, we’re planning to work closely with local farmers and farming communities to identify their needs and provide support that meets those needs. This includes providing training and resources on sustainable farming practices, helping to increase access to markets for local farmers, or supporting the development of community-led agricultural cooperatives. We also plan to work with local leaders and community groups to promoting awareness of the importance of agriculture and its role in economic development.

Education:

In the education sector, we’re planning to work closely with schools, teachers, and students to ensure that all children have access to quality education. This include providing teacher training, supporting the development of school libraries, and providing resources for students to help them succeed in their studies. We also plan to involve parents and community leaders in the education process, to help ensure that everyone has a stake in the success of their local schools.

Health and well-being

In the health sector, we’re planning to work closely with local communities to ensure that everyone has access to quality healthcare. This include providing health education and outrea, supporting the development of community-based health clinics, by massage, and councelling and referals to extrem cases. We also plan to start psychatric hospital, to help treat patients with mental illness.

Environmental Conservation

In the environment sector, we’re working closely with local communities to promote sustainable practices and protect the environment. This may include providing resources and training on environmental stewardship, supporting the development of community-based conservation initiatives, or advocating for stronger environmental protections. We also involve local leaders and community groups in environmental decision-making, to help ensure that the needs and interests of local communities are taken into account.
